1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t already been dispatched. Once dispatched or prepared (for same-day items), cancellation is not guaranteed.

2. Return Eligibility

  • Perishable items like cakes, flowers, chocolates are non-returnable.
  • If a wrong or damaged item is delivered, please contact us within 24 hours with photo or video proof.
  • Items must be unused and in original condition (where applicable).

3. Refund & Replacement Policy

  • We offer free replacement for wrong or damaged items.
  • If replacement isn’t possible, a full or partial refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Refund is not applicable for custom orders unless defective or incorrect.

4. Custom Orders

Products like personalized gifts, photo cakes, or customized combos cannot be cancelled or refunded once prepared. Exceptions may apply if the item is faulty or incorrect.

5. Shipping Charges

  • If the error is on our part (damaged/wrong item), we will bear all shipping costs.
  • For voluntary returns or incorrect address provided, return shipping may be deducted.
