1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been prepared or dispatched. Same-day delivery orders, customized products, and perishable items may not be eligible for cancellation once processing has started.

2. Return Eligibility

  • Perishable products such as cakes, flowers, chocolates, and plants are non-returnable.
  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof.
  • Eligible non-perishable items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

3. Refund & Replacement Policy

  • We offer a free replacement for damaged or incorrect products wherever possible.
  • If a replacement is not possible, a full or partial refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Refund approval is subject to verification of the reported issue.

4. Customized & Personalized Orders

Personalized gifts, photo cakes, and custom-made products cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded after preparation has begun, except where the product delivered is damaged or incorrect.

5. Shipping Charges

  • If the error is on our part, all replacement or re-delivery charges will be borne by us.
  • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer may result in additional delivery charges.
